Price

You pay only for removed reviews

The scan, the reports and the appeals are free. Ordering needs a deposit of 30% of the estimate in your wallet; the money stays yours and is only used for reviews Google removes. Reviews that stay cost nothing.

Which reviews

Which reviews does Google remove?

Only Google can remove a review. We report the reviews that break Google's content rules through the official channels.

Reviews that can be removed

  • Fake reviews from people who were never your customers
  • Spam and coordinated review attacks
  • Off-topic reviews that have nothing to do with your business
  • Insults, hate speech, harassment and threats
  • Reviews that share personal details (phone, address, health)
  • Reviews written in someone else's name
  • Reviews from competitors or others with a conflict of interest

Reviews that stay

A genuine customer's negative review that follows the rules is not removed. A calm, helpful reply to such a review often counts for more with readers than the review itself.

Spotting them

How to tell a fake review

A bad review is not always fake. Google decides on rule breaches; these signs help you see which reviews are worth reporting.

  1. A new, empty account

No photo, no other reviews, an account a few days old. The most common trace of a fake review.

  2. A sudden pile-up

Several 1-star reviews within a day or two usually point to an organised attack.

  3. No details

Generic lines that could be written about any business: "terrible", "never go there".

  4. Never a customer

Phrases like "never been but heard" or complaints about a service you do not offer.

  5. A personal grudge

"I know from inside", "the owner is that kind of person": reviews written by former staff or competitors.

  6. Insults and personal data

Swearing, threats, defamation or personal details such as phone numbers break the rules outright.

Process

How it works

  1. Scan

Enter your Google Maps link; your 1, 2 and 3 star reviews are listed within a minute.

  2. Pick and order

Pick the reviews you want removed. A deposit of 30% of the estimate is set aside in your wallet.

  3. Report to Google

We report the reviews you picked, with evidence, through Google's official channels and appeal the ones turned down.

  4. Follow-up

We check the reviews every day; your order page shows the state of each one.

  5. Pay once removed

When Google removes a review its fee is taken from your wallet (the deposit first); if that is not enough you get a payment link.

Only Google decides, so removal cannot be guaranteed. The time depends on Google: some cases end within days, those that need an appeal can take a few weeks.

Under attack?

Many bad reviews overnight?

In a review attack, what you do in the first hours decides the outcome. Go in this order:

Scan my reviews
  1. Do not argueAngry replies feed the attacker and look bad to readers. Collect the evidence first.
  2. Keep the evidenceSave each review's link and a dated screenshot, so you have them even if they change.
  3. Note the common tracesAccounts opened at the same time, similar sentences, the same typos: all useful in a report.
  4. Start the scanScan your reviews and pick the ones that break the rules; we report them to Google with the evidence.
Extortion

Asked to pay or get bad reviews?

Google has a separate channel for extortion: offers to remove or not to post negative reviews in return for money. Contact us before you pay anything, and keep:

  • Screenshots of the messages and e-mails with their dates
  • Links to the suspicious reviews
  • The contact details of whoever made the threat
Reviews that stay

How to answer a negative review

A real customer's criticism is not removed, but a good answer changes what new customers think when they read it.

  • Answer within a day or two, calmly
  • Address the customer by name and apologise for the problem
  • Do not make excuses; say briefly what you fixed
  • Offer to continue by phone or e-mail
  • Share no personal details and do not drag the argument out
Sectors

Which businesses are targeted most?

  • Hotels and guesthouses

Fake reviews before the season hit bookings directly; reviews from rival places and from people who never stayed are common.

  • Restaurants and cafés

Nearby competitors and accounts that write one bad experience again and again are the usual source.

  • Clinics and health

Reviews with patient or health details, and insults aimed at doctors, break the rules.

  • Beauty and hair salons

Reviews from former staff and from people who never booked are a frequent problem in this sector.

Questions

Frequently asked

Another question? Write to us.

Can every negative review be removed?

No. Only reviews that break Google's content rules can be removed. A genuine customer's criticism that follows the rules stays.

Do I pay if a review is not removed?

No. The scan, the reports and the appeals are free; you pay only for reviews Google removes.

How long does it take?

Google sets the pace. Some reviews are removed within days; when an appeal is needed it can take a few weeks.

Do I have to give you my business account password?

No. A Google Maps link is enough. We never ask for passwords, admin access or an account transfer.

Can a removed review come back?

Google rarely restores a review it removed. We keep watching the reviews after you have paid.

When and how do I pay?

You top up your wallet in the customer panel (card or bank transfer). 30% of the estimate is set aside as a deposit. When Google removes a review its fee is taken from your wallet; if that is not enough we send a payment link for the rest. When the work ends the deposit is free again, and you can ask for unused balance back.

Can it harm my business profile?

No. Reports go through Google's public reporting channels; we never access your profile or change anything on it.

Can a review by a competitor or former employee be removed?

Yes, a conflict of interest breaks Google's rules. We report such reviews with the evidence; Google decides.
