Marketing plan

Google Ads

Search and display campaigns managed by a Google Partner agency, at a fixed monthly price. We audit the account, report what we find, fix it and keep watching. The ad budget is yours and is paid to Google separately.

What we do every month

  • Campaign structure

Search and display campaigns are organised so that each one has a clear goal and its own share of the budget.

  • Keywords and search terms

We review which searches bring up your ads, add the terms that fit your business and exclude the ones that only use up budget.

  • Ad texts

Ads are written, compared with each other and replaced when a better version is found.

  • Budget and measurement

We watch how the budget you set is spent and move it towards what works. We also check that enquiries and sales coming from the ads are being measured.

  • A task list you can follow

Each month's tasks are listed at the start of the month and sent to you by email, and the report shows which are done, so you never have to ask what is happening.

  • Monthly report

A written report at the end of each month: what was done, what changed and what is planned next.

How the work runs

Four stages, in this order

The first month covers all four. After that, fixing and monitoring repeat every month.

  1. Audit

We go through the account as it stands today: campaigns, keywords, ads, budget and how results are measured. If you have not advertised before, we start from your website and what we agreed in the consultation.

  2. Report

You get the findings in writing, in plain language, with the problems ordered by how much they matter. The report is sent to you by email and is yours to keep.

  3. Fix

We work through the list, most important first. Each finished task is listed with its date in the monthly report.

  4. Monitor

We keep watching the campaigns, catch the ones that stop performing and tell you each month what the spend brought, whichever way it went.

What this plan does not include

Better to read it here than to find out in month two. Where something is sold separately, the link takes you to it.

  • The ad budget

The plan price pays for managing the campaigns. What you spend on ads is paid to Google separately and is not part of it. You decide the amount.

  • Guaranteed clicks, leads or sales

We do not promise a number of clicks, enquiries or sales. They depend on your market, your offer and your budget. What we commit to is the work and an honest report of its effect.

  • Unpaid search results

Ads stop showing when the budget stops. Work on the unpaid search results is a separate plan.

  • A new website

Ads send visitors to the site you have. If the audit shows the site is holding the campaigns back, we will say so in the report.

Questions about Google Ads

Three things people ask first

Is the ad budget included in the price?

No. The plan price covers managing the campaigns. The ad budget is paid to Google separately, and you decide how much it is.

Do you guarantee a number of clicks or sales?

No. Nobody can promise that honestly. We commit to the work, and the monthly report shows what the spend brought, good or bad.

Can I cancel when I want?

Yes. The plan runs month by month and you can cancel it by writing to us.
