The hosting account opens as soon as payment clears. Bank-transfer orders start once the transfer is confirmed.

We send them to the email address you gave at checkout, so please make sure it is correct.

Domains are sold separately from hosting. Register a new one together with your plan, or keep a domain you already own and point it to us.

The terms, stated plainly
Three things to know before you buy. Transparency is our value, so they are here and not only in the small print.
Hosting renews once a year
Card payments in US dollars renew automatically through Stripe on the renewal date. For other payments we email you a renewal link 30, 7 and 1 day before the date.
Suspended after 30 days
If a renewal is not paid, the hosting account is suspended 30 days after the renewal date.
No refund on cancelled hosting
You can cancel at any time, but hosting that has been cancelled is not refunded. Please choose your plan with that in mind.
Short answers before you buy
How soon is my hosting ready?
The account is created automatically when payment clears. With a card that is straight after checkout. With a bank transfer it is once we confirm the transfer has arrived.
Can I pay month by month?
No. Hosting is billed yearly. The monthly price on the cards is the yearly price divided by twelve, shown so the plans are easy to compare.
Is a domain name included?
No. A domain is a separate product with its own yearly price. Register a new one together with your plan, or use a domain you already own.
How do I get help with my hosting?
Write to us through the contact page and mention your domain name. We answer by email.
